HBG Tools & Supply & Keystone Tools & Supply offer our repair services to any tool purchased from us. We also extend our repair services to our customers local to us.

If you would like to bring us in your tool, it will be inspected and repaired by either one of our or sister's stores experienced technicians.

|What Brands Can I Get Repaired?|
We offer repairs on most major tool brands. RYOBI, RIGID, KOBALT, FLEX, HILTI are some we DO NOT repair.

|What Type of Tools Do You Repair?|
We offer services from small engine repair, to replacing plugs on cords! If you are unsure if your tool can be fixed, Contact Us!

|Is My Tool Worth Being Fixed?|
Generally we try to go no more than 50% cost of the tool. This varies from brand to brand, but we can normally figure out an option that fits your needs!

|Do You Offer Warranty Service?|
We offer warranty repairs, exchanges, and service to every product sold by us. For tools purchased from other avenues, disgression is used by our team to decide if we can help you or not.

|Do You Purchase Used/Broken Tools|
No, we can recycle old batteries and tools for you, but we do not BUY them. Some select manufacturers have trade-in programs and exchanges, but we do not offer any purchase of tools for cash/store credit.

|Do I Need an Appointment?|
Our repair service is first come, first serve. You can just bring us your tool whenever we are open, and we can assist you. Our typical turn-around time is 3-4 weeks.
