Shipping policy

All products should be shipped in a timely matter. We strive to ship all products ordered during business hours to be shipped that day. Orders on the weekend (Friday after 4:30pm to Sunday) will be subject to be shipped Monday unless we are closed. These are not promises and some delays might occur when things such as:

1.) Inventory is wrong on the website, and we must order more of the product.

2.) Unforeseen closure of the store.

3.) There is an error processing the order, and must be corrected.

4.) Product was purchased in-store before the order is processed by us.

5.) There are delays with our shipping provider (UPS).

In the event there is a delay in shipping on our end, we will contact you and not hold you accountable for the payment, and a refund will be provided if the buyer pleases.
